I am addicted to restyl since last 10 years. I take 10mg every night. Now its not affecting...i dont get sleep with it. I have developed insomia so I started on zolfresh 10mg. I get sleep with zolfresh but my body needs restyl also or i get palpitations and vomiting sensation. Hi there, I was on tripelene for a couple of years then went off it trying to seek a natural way to help with my anxiety and to sleep. But the natural meds never helped then my Dr prescribed 10x xanor which helped then he gave me another 10 x xanor and when I asked for more he said I can not use it for a long period, so he prescribed urbanol, well I can't sleep. I do customer service and after 8 hours of listening to idiots scream at me; I usually go home eat watch spike tv and try to go to bed. Well, that does not work to well. So I Tried G-Monster. The best thing to do would be to use it for a short period of time, while waiting to see your doctor to get too the root of the problem and find a proper and safer solution. Does anyone else know what this is? ## From what you're describing it sounds like the Advance Pharmaceutical logo on one side, which is actually a small p in side a larger A (which does look like a V). You can see an image here. This is generic for Tylenol PM, and contains Acetaminophen 500 mg + Diphenhydramine 25 mg (pain reliever + sleep aid). Hello, I've been taking 75mg of nuvigil now for only 2 days. The only real side effect I've experienced except slight nausea is that i feel wide awake after 3am. Hi there, My husband who suffers from depression and sleeping problems has been taking Ivedal for years now and he does not just take one but two or three per night, which is really too much of course. For the past few months, he is very tearful, cries in the morning a lot without any particular reason. I was wondering if Ivedal could be the cause of this tearfulness. The reason I am asking is that I used to take Ivedal myself for a couple of months and I remember being depressed and tearful as well. So I stopped it and things went thankfully back to normal. Just as an example, there are no interactions listed between the antibiotic Bactrim (Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim) and Diphenhydramine, which is what some of them use. Dr. put me on sonata 10 mg for insomnia, but I feel it puts me to sleep sometimes. However I wake up few times a night and getting less quality sleep, feel less functional next day because of less quality sleep. It has a 1 hr half life and is the mildest of all. I want to ask to try a diff sleeping pill, but nothing strong like ambien. Maybe lunesta? I don't want a next day hangover from one either. Any help would be great! Thanks. ## Hello, Ash!
