Since starting on Madepar 100/25 for possible Parkinson’s symptoms (the neurologist has not definitely diagnosed Parkinson’s yet as I have Parkinsonian symptoms after being on Epilim for at least 10 yrs as a migraine preventative treatment. I have been told that it can take up to 12 mths for ones metabolism to return to normal if you don’t have Parkinson’s and the symptoms are in fact from the drug. Since being on the madepar I find I am more outspoken, highly strung, and more extroverted.

Husband had emergency shot of Dilaudid for pain in side and back. It took away pains. Its been 4 days and he has a rash on legs, upper and lower. Has had allergic reaction to Celebrex before and quit taking medicine. Also has Parkinsons and has increased Carbadop/levadopa gradually. Is rash from Delaudid? ## Hello, Jon! How are you? At this point, with the various medications he's on, it's difficult to say. It might be from the Dilaudid, or it could be unrelated. Has he had it checked out, yet? I started taking flecainide, 100 mg twice a day, 10 years ago for a-fib & never had a problem with it. In recent years I had more than my share of breakthrough a-fib episodes which my cardiologist told me was not unusual. After having 3 major episodes in July which necessitated ER visits, & being tried on 3 other heart medications which caused severe side effects, I was sent to an electrophysiologist who suggested an ablation but in the meantime increased my flecainide dose to 150 mg twice a day. No long after starting this dose, I developed Parkinson-like symptoms in my hands. He then brought my dose back down to 100 mg twice a day while I waited for the ablation to take place. During this time (2 weeks) I continued to have tremors in my hands but they were very mild. After my ...

I was the first person on earth to test Neotrofin against Parkinson's in 2002 at the Parkinson's & Movement Disorder Institute in Fountain Valley California. This drug worked wonders and I was hoping that the FDA would rush approval for it to be used against several brain diseases. I then learned that the manufacturer of Neotrofin went out of business and refused to turn over the rights to anybody. I thought that was such a tragedy to humanity. This drug had absolutely NO side effects. You could not tell you had any medicine in your body. It helped my Parkinson's symptoms for up to 4 months after i stopped taking it. This website is the first that I have found that looks like the drug is in use. I hope it's not an old site telling me that Neotrofin is not available. ...
