From what I've found, Supradyn is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of nutrients vital to your overall health. There are generally considered safe to take, as long as your doctor approves and there is no set time frame that you need to take them or stop taking them, again unless your doctor specifies otherwise. They are fairly potent, so they may cause some nausea and should be taken in the morning to avoid having problems sleeping. Is there anything else I can help with?

I had been taking Zoloft for about a year along with Xanax(for about 2 months) and it didn't help me a lot, but i felt that i couldn't control my appetite anymore when i stopped this treatment, though i didn't gain or lost weight during the treatment, but i noticed that when i was decreasing the dosage i lost 6 lbs. ## Zoloft is being recalled by the FDA for being a critical health hazard for woman and their babies, I just can't believe how many women are putting their lives at risk.

Personally, I have my doubts about it's long term effectiveness, due to the lack of calories and nutrients needed to fuel your mind & body throughout the day, everyday. You can easily determine the side effects of eating 500 calories a day, by only eating 500 a day and assessing how you feel (although I don't recommend trying it for your own sanity). I have taken elequis for over 2 years now. I have Afib. This month my Dr added another drug - a ppi to my prescription to combat any future stomach problems caused by elequis! I take beta blockers too! I have so many side effects from elequis - tiredness, aching joints - knees, toes and shoulder joints. Difficulty sleeping due to shoulder and knee pain. How do I get off this drug - or at least reduce it from 5mg x 2 a day to 2.5 mg. x 2 a day?
