I am a 24 year old male. From last year i am getting pain (Pain Like feeling not always pain) in my head on the top. It comes for weeks sometimes days and go away on it's own. If this were the case, you wouldn't be able to eat anything, since all, if not most foods contain vitamins and minerals whether they are fortified or naturally occurring.
