My doctor of over twenty years fear of new laws took my narcotics away. Lyrica causes weight gain & my face & legs to swell. I wish the pill mill doctor would be sentence to two years of what i live with. constant pain even with med, living a tortured life watching others live. I have been doing this over 15yr I really don,t leave the house much, it is just too hard ## Hello, Jean! How are you doing? I am very sorry that you're in so much pain. Your doctor didn't refer you somewhere else? You can still get those types of medications, they just have to be prescribed by a specialist, which for you would be someone trained in pain management. ## Hey! Aurobindo - SHUT THEY DOWN! We should be notified when a manufacture changes we should be notified. After all it is our money going to this companies. I opened my Metformin and noticed the shape and the SMELL was unbelievable - FISH SMELL. I will only accept meds from TEVA. How do they get away with this! I called the pharmacy and they were not very concern. I'm going to inform everyone I know, family, friends, church members, EVERYONE about this manufacture. ## Hello, Connie! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're so upset. However, Metformin always has an odd smell, the difference is that some companies use an outer coating to keep you from smelling it, but I can assure you that it is completely normal, which is why your pharmacy wasn't concerned. Hello. My doctor got shut down and i was on xanax. Does anyone suggest a doctor in the Denver metro area that i can go to so i can continue to get my medicine? I'm freaking out because im running low. TIA ## Hello, Dencolo! How are you? Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area? Do you have any other doctors there that you see regularly? If so, they might be able to refer you to someone. ...

Ny Oneida County Chronic Pain Patient Sudden Dr Loss

My Doctor was shut down due to a horrible previous well connected patient of his who went and got herself addicted to illicit drugs, overdosed and and blamed him for her problem because he had treated her for pain for a period of time. The circumstances were extremely unfair and resulted in all of his patients including myself being left in extreme chronic pain with only one month of our medications left. I do not have excellent documentation of my spinal degeneration and since i once tried suboxone (It wasn't powerful enough to cover my pain, gave it a honest try) I am now an "addict". Can anyone help me find a doctor who will help me? I would hate to go to a "Pill Mill" but I want to continue living my life which I feel is being put on hold again and I'm willin... ...

Why it's hard to fill your oxycodone perscription
2 Replies RSS
It's because the dea is shutting down all the pill mills and pain clinics in Florida, there was a time when people from my state,GA would go down there to use there clinics, the DEA caught wind of this and started shutting things down. So as of now April of 2013 all the people from Florida an other states are comming here to get the medication so they're not sick. Which creates a drought. The pharmacies cannot keep up with the demand and they also profile people that look like they would abuse or sell the narcotic pill. I personally use one mom and pops store, once you find a place that will fill it your normally gonna keep going back there since your on record, and if they don't have them they can call another one of their branches to see if they have any. Ive had black outs in hot weather! Over a 100? I go inot shut down mode! Anyone else having problems? ## Hello, Jake! How are you? I'm sorry about what happened. What medication is in your pump? Sometimes heat causes some of them to move through your blood stream faster than usual. Or you may also be getting dehydrated, which could make the medication hit you harder than usual, if it's a narcotic. The FDA lists narcotics as having the potential to be habit forming and possibly causing side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## My name is Bob. Found a TEVA 834?
1 Reply RSS
I was taking out a fire alarm system in a Walmart, as they had been shut down/sold. Walking through the stripped down store, my coworker and I decided to stroll through the pharmacy (he was making fun of me the whole time "what are you gonna find here" and "pill fiend"). Right as I walk in, I look down in the empty room and see a little round pill on the floor that read TEVA 834. I was wondering what this was? What are the odds of finding left behind medicine? Thinking about investigating further. We are the only ones in the building, and all security systems/cameras have been demo-ed out. How could they just leave pills laying around? Lol ## Accidents always happen, even in a well controlled and maintained pharmacy. There will always be a pill, or two, that falls somewh... ...

Does this has Tylenol in it.......I'm allergic to aspirin causing my kidneys to shut down......I told the 1952 smithpharmacist and she said this or nothing ......should she be allowed to do this? ## Hello, Sonny! How are you? Aspirin and Tylenol, which contains Acetaminophen, are not the same thing. You may still be able to take Acetaminophen, even if you're allergic to Aspirin. As to this tablet, Rhodes Pharmaceuticals lists it as just containing 15mgs of Oxycodone. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
