diabetes advice

i am a diabetic patient from last 2010. in 2010 to 2012. i am 30 yrs old and married person.i am taking under treatment with doctor. in 2013 to 2014 i am not under treatment am taking only one tablet in the morning before breakfast. in july 2014 i was taken lots of alcohol and meats in hotel. in july 7 i went to hospital for just to check my sugar level. when my report comes the doctor check my reports and he prescribe me lots of tablet. i am given my all reports to you. 1.blood sugar fasting - 191 2. blood sugar pp - 188 3.sgot - 72 4.sgpt -153 5.T.cholesterol - 235 6.
