Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is in 8th month of her pregnancy. Wifes age is 27. She is suffering from cold. Due to acute ear pain and nasal congestion she took one dosage of SN-15 (Serratiopeptidase & Nimesulide tab-100mg)...Was this safe for mother and the fetus. Looking at the possible side effects of each active ingredient appears to be the best way to determine Zerodol's side effects during pregnancy (as I was unable to find any other related info on Zerodol itself): The precautionary guidelines for Aceclofenac states that it must not be used during pregnancy.
