I hope that I can save just even one person from taking clonazepam. The FDA doesn't protect us from these pharmaceutical companies. I've been living in pure hell for months due to bad batches of clonazepam being sold in our local pharmacies. Google FDA warnings to Sandoz. That's all it is, a warning not a recall. ## Dear Sandra, Sorry to hear about your reaction to Sandoz Clonazepam. If you're able to, I'd encourage you to file a detailed report through the FDA's MedWatch program at: fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch. This may help get your voice heard among other patients who reported similar experiences. I'd also let them know that their drug approval process could use a facelift and perhaps a complete overhaul of whatever protocols they use for evaluating drug safet...

The quality and effectiveness of Sandoz clonazepam 0.5 has changed dramatically. Has anyone notice the difference...pick up 3 refills from different drug stores and none are the same... Been taking for 8 years same brand. Still have a few left from previous refill and they work fine. Read about FDA warning letters to Sandoz. So many people must be suffering too. No answer from Sandoz nor the FDA. Please let them know.... . ## For anyone wishing to voice their concerns to the FDA, you can file a report about your experience with their product via the FDA's MedWatch program. They only feel half as strong as they should be. I still shake after taking the 1mg pill twice a day. Is sandoz a better generic? I can get those? I am now taking blue c1 clonazepam that aren't scored and don't work. ## Hi . I been on klonopin one milligram for 7 months now. I normally get green pills that say teva on them. I went to Wal-Mart yesterday to get my refill and I got the blue klonopin your discribing. Says c1 on em. And they are not right at all. Very weak. And short lasting. My green teeva klonopin lasted 2 to 4 hours varying on how much anxiety I have. These new c1 blue klonopins last about 30 minutes. And it seems like the first ten minutes after taking the pull is just a rush of relaxation. Then the pill fades away drastically. Like I said they last 30 minutes. I...

Hi. I went to get my script filled today and they gave me a different looking Sandoz Clonazepam 0.5mg yellow pill that says E 63 on it. My old pill [with a National Drug Code of 00185-0063] looks looks like it has a different style. The new one I can't find anywhere or any updates on Sandoz website about this. My new ones say the same thing on them, the only difference is they are shinny and flat. My question is, has anyone taken these so-called new pills yet, as they told me this is what Sandoz is now giving out? Are they are no longer making the other looking style? I haven't had to take any yet as I have a month and a half backup. Thank you for any and all help. ## Yes, a tablet with that NDC code is listed as containing 0.5mgs of Clonazepam, which is most commonly used to tr...

Has anyone tried generic clonazepam by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc., which is owned by Novartis AG? I just picked up my new refill of generic clonazepam 2mgs. Last time they had given me the generic Accord Healthcare which I didn't like. I inquired about Teva but had heard it had discontinued its generic clonazepam. Teva and Mylan were the only ones I liked, with Teva being definitely my favorite. This time they gave me the generic clonazepam by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc., which is weird, just like the Accord Healthcare ones. Yet they both feel different. The generic clonazepam 2mgs. by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. have E on top of the numbers 65 on one side, and nothing on the other side, not even a score. They are white, completely round and very small with a smooth surface. I have...

Hi. There has been a lot of talk about generic clonazepam brands with many claiming something is just not right, people experiencing horrible withdrawal symptoms as soon as they get on these generic brands, people having seizures once again when they hadn't had any in years, people claiming they have to take 2 or 3 mgs of these generic brands for each 1mg of their previous generic brand like Teva or Mylan. I recently had a depression relapse and was taken to the hospital. At that time I had both Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and Accord Healthcare generic clonazepam. And I had been taking both generic brands in the previous 3 weeks switching them around. They were both 2mg tablets. Well, guess what? I took a bag of all the meds I was on and went bottle by bottle telling the nurse which ones...

I have a question. I am told when I contacted Sandoz that they are no longer making Clonazepam of any kind. That means a lot of brands will no longer be available. I've been taking Sandoz Clonazepam 0.5 mg (yellow tablet) 3 times a day for 10 years now and am trying to find another type that is just the same or just as good when my pharmacy runs out of mine. Any thoughts on what is something just as good or close to it? Or did anyone find a pharmacy that has a ton of this type? Thank you kindly for any and all help. ## Hello Veg21, According to a FDA Sandoz Inc. has made a business decision to permanently discontinue clonazepam tablets, marketed by Sandoz and Northstar Rx LLC. They have not released any information on if they are going to be selling their marketing rights to another...

I have recently learned the companies TEVA and Sandoz have both discontinued manufacturing clonazepam. I’m not the one to hyperfocus on generics, however, the new generic, Accord, is LITERALLY the ONLY Clonazepam generic around my area (at least 10 pharmacies, even the local style pharmacies). Accord is horrid. There’s even a non placebo proof with the blue chalkiness that covers the entire mouth as if it’s the blue ink when stealing bank money. It’s ALL over teeth, it’s worse than blue candy. This occurs if one even attempts to simply let it dissolve in the mouth - at least like I have been doing with all of them previously when I didn’t have a drink with me, or for breakthrough anxiety. I my own opinion, I believe there is a particular reason for su...

I've been taking Accord .05mg which I split in half every 2 to 3 hours, for about a month and a half after they stopped making my Sandoz Clonazepam brand. It's okay. It's starting to work somewhat, but I have a problem. Two weeks ago I am not told that Accord is getting harder to keep in stock by my Pharmacy and my insurance plan wanted to switch me to Actavis. YUCK, that stuff is garbage. I took 7 pills, couldn't stand it anymore how it made me feel. I got jumpy, my body itched, it took almost 2 hours to start working, and it never felt quite right. I said no I need to get the Accord again. My question is, is anyone else having this problem with Actavis, or is it just me? And did the Actavis taper down on the itchiness and start to work for those who are new to taking i...

My round Clonazepam (Klonopin) 1mg round blue tabs marked E64 came home from the pharmacy yesterday and this month there is no line or "score" on the back side of the pills. Is this normal? Are these real Clonazepam pills? ## Just to confirm, a round blue pill marked with "E" over "64" on one side and scored horizontally on the back is in fact identified as Clonazepam 1mg, made by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals / Eon Labs, Inc. For verification, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 00185-0064. Inactive Ingredients: -Corn Starch -FD&C Blue No. 1 -Anhydrous Lactose -Magnesium Stearate -Microcrystalline Cellulose If your pill does not fit this exact description and you 'did not get it filled at a licensed pharmacy', then I too would be questioning its...

I was stressed out over my relationship breaking down and I asked for Sandoz, because of my anxiety, but was given the pink tablets not the white, the pink ones knocked me out, what is the difference between them both as I seemed to be fine if I only had half of the pink one, and they seemed to work better on controlling the anxiety than having one full white one. ## Sandoz is the name of a company that manufactures medications, it isn't the name of a medication, so I am not sure which one you are talking about. They make quite a few different products. If it's given for anxiety/stress, then I would guess that it is some type of Benzodiazepine, such as Alprazolam or Clonazepam, which are both in their product catalog. What are the markings on the tablets? This would enable me to...

Is this Klonopin 0.5 mg or generic Clonazepam? It's a round yellow pill with e62. ## The correct imprint for the generic 0.5mg Clonazepam in question is actually depicted as "E over 63" on a round yellow pill; and the backside is scored. For verification you can also double check with the manufacturer (Sandoz) at: sandoz.com/about-us/contact-us Is there any chance the marking may have been misinterpreted? Hope this helps!
