well its come to this the fda has stoped all opoids no one has figerd it out yet i think it is now methodone ## No, they haven't stopped them, however, they are enforcing some laws that many pharmacies and doctors used to ignore, which is making it harder for many people to get them. People are even having trouble getting Methadone. There are limits for how many can be prescribed to anyone each month, as well as limits for how much of any controlled substance that a pharmacy can order and keep in stock at any given time. Many doctors and pharmacies weren't enforcing these limits and the FDA and DEA have started cracking down to make them abide by the laws. Additionally, there are also mandatory manufacturing limits each year and once those limits are reached, manufacturers canno... ...

I am on roxicodone 30 mg two three times a day and I pans 40 twice a day. I was wondering what other immediate release would be equivelant to what I'm already on. The DEA is making doctors in my state only perscribe 4 immediate release per day so I was trying to figure out if there was another drug equal to what I'm on yet only 4 times a day? Can anyone help please?? ## Hello, Nikki! How are you? Roxicodone is not immediate release, it's a regular release formulation. What other medication were you asking about? It seems autocorrect got the best of you. Did you mean Opana? In most cases, the best ways to handle chronic pain is to prescribe a long-acting mediation, such as Opana ER, which is taken twice a day and a regular release, such as the Roxicodone, to be taken 3 to 4 t... ...

Roxicodone Doctor In Louisville Ky

Does anyone know a pain management doctor in Louisville, KY that will prescribe oxycodone/roxicodone 30,mg. My family practice doctor who I've seen for a little over five years is no longer able to prescribe narcotics due to the new laws. If anyone could help, I would so appreciate it! Thanks and have a great day! ## Has your doctor been able to recommend anyone that you can see? They usually keep lists of places they can send their patients in such instances. However, regardless of the new laws, all doctors can still prescribe pain medications, there are just specific restrictions, so your doctor must not feel that you meet the criteria necessary. methadone and roxicodone for chronic pain

From 2009 thru 2012 I was prescribed methadone and roxicodone for chronic back pain. Which was very effective. The clinic closed down and I've found it difficult to find a doctor who will prescribe methadone. My current doc gives me five 30mg roxicodone a day but I don't get the pain relief I had when taking methadone and the occasional roxicodone for breakthrough pain. Can anyone reccomend a pain doctor in the Nashville area that prescribes methadone and roxicodone for pain control? ## Hello, Jim! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. I left my medicine At home in San Francisco. help. I'm at mandalay Bay today. Please help. ## I'm sorry, but there is no such thing as a Roxicodone doctor. Any doctor that can prescribe medications can technically prescribe it. However, you can't just walk in to a new doctor's office or clinic, say you forgot yours at home and have them write you a new prescription. This is a controlled substance and prescribing practices for it are very closely monitored by the government, so it just doesn't work like that. florida doctors who prescribe for pain

Pain management Drs in Florida are more concerned about how much THC you have in your body, rather than trying to fix the problem or give you pain meds. I'm on 10mg Roxicodone 4x a day. The dr I have right now is the second one I'm going to lose this year. They don't understand! If he would give me back my soma rx I wouldn't need that. I have found CBD oil now that helps for the reason I used cannabis. I can't take nsaid's for inflammation so I used cannabis to help with that. I'm supposed to go without pain meds so they can act like gods. Will amendment 2 really help people like me? I can tell you this. When I have my cannabis I make candy with it. I don't take as many pain, muscle or nerve pills. I just don't know what to do! ## I need a doctor to p... ...

In receiving a Schedule two, the mindset now is that you will probably be on them for an extended period of your life. In the past, in order to make patients comfortable, doctors were prescribing medications like OxyContin, Roxicodone, Duragesic Patches, etc. for pain alleviation. If you are having sporadic or afflictions that cannot be measured scientifically, then the chances of getting a CII are limited. Even hydrocodone CIII, is coming under scrutiny. Do any doctors in CT prescribe roxicodone???? I had a laminectomy of T12 and fusion of T11-L1..... It's killing me and I can't find any doc to prescribe strong meds like that. Any suggestions or referrals???!! ## Hello, Bri! How are you? Well, if you're going to doctors or contacting them and asking for such a medication, you could be creating a problem for yourself. Most doctors will view that as being drug seeking behavior and will not prescribe any narcotics, or won't even set you up with an appointment to begin with. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, having them refer you to someone for pain management would likely be the fast and easy way to find the help you need.
