I am on roxicodone 30 mg two three times a day and I pans 40 twice a day. I was wondering what other immediate release would be equivelant to what I'm already on. The DEA is making doctors in my state only perscribe 4 immediate release per day so I was trying to figure out if there was another drug equal to what I'm on yet only 4 times a day? the new reformulatedoxicodone 40 mg ones do not work and have bad side effects. ## I take it you are referring to the time released formulation Oxycontin? We've had many complaints about them not working as well as the old formulation and causing bad/unusual side effects. However, I'm sorry to inform you that there are no longer any generic versions of it on the market. The name brand Oxycontin is the only one that is now available. Having several on the market from various manufacturers made it harder to keep track of the supply and increased the risk of theft and diversion. There are generics available of the regular release formulation, which would be Roxicodone, but not for the time released. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am prescribed 40 mg. daily Methadone for the pain associated with having Type II Trigeminal Neuralgia. For two months, it worked well, but now, only my breakthrough medication, Roxicodone (Oxycodone with non APAP) 15 mg. 4 x per day, is the only thing which stops the pain. I was advised by a friend that if I take my entire dose of Methadone in the morning, I could just use my Roxicodone at night, that this may work better, and I would have less breakthrough pain. I have a precipitation for Oxycontin 40 mg 3 times a day. One night before going to a doctor in the morning I took a Roxicodone 30 mg at 3:00 AM cause I didn't want to take my Oxycontin. The next morning around 7:45 - 8:00 AM my pain doctor did a urine drug test. I was told 2 different stories. One said the dr would be able to tell I took a Roxicodone and several pieces of advice said they are the same ingredients and the lab and dr would not be able to tell I took a Roxicodone. It also involves your overall health, body weight, metabolism and etc. If you don't need two in the morning, why don't you just discuss that with your doctor?

The ***** I am insufflated (9) 30 MG Roxicodone on Thursday of last week and then took 4 more of the same on Friday at 10am .... I did not take any more from that point on and just took a urine test tonight (monday) at 6pm. Thst 84 hours from Friday AM and 94 hours from the last one on Thursday PM. Starting Sunday night up until my test on Monday I drank several gallons of water and must have pissed over 40 times. I took 4 different 10 panel drug tests from Walgreens and CVS. I took 3 different manufacturers 10 panel test all stating 99% accurate. I passed 3 out of 4 tests and the one I did not pass seemed to have had some type of defect so I dont think it was accurate. Many countries in Europe (such as Bard for UK and Mundi Pharma of Germany, Austria, Italy, and Napp) still make the original formula OC 20, OC 40 and the OC 80. That has been the case for me since 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. I do not know about the future... If Europe changed from OC to embossed OP on the Oxycontin, I will be forced to try USA Roxicodone 30 mg I/R and have to deal with the notorious Pain Management Clinics, as a last resort. I pray I do not have to go that route.
