If there are not actual markings on the tablet, then I am sorry, but there is no way to positively identify it. There are quite a few over the counter or foreign medications that meet this description. The M in a box is the logo used by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list as green one with the 15 over a score line as containing 15mgs of Oxycodone and a blue one with no scoring on it as containing 15mgs of Morphine in a time released formulation.
