It also has like x on other side and it does not have 44 imprinted on it ## Hello, Lee! How are you? Is the marking possible U 169? There is a tablet with that marking that matches this description. It is manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 4mgs of Tizanidine. The FDA classifies it as a muscle relaxant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. ## I have never seen a blue tizanidine.. However yes it is a muscle relaxers also it is the best for lower extremities where the other ones i.e Mobic or Roboxoan work for upper body I rotate both depending what part of my body hurts most and been taking for over 12 years.
