white round pill letter N 25 on the front and 3 line on the back ## Hi Karen, The pill you are describing is a 25mg Ephedrine + 200 mg Guaifenesin tablet, made by PDK Labs. The brand name for this pill is "Two-Way MaxBrand". These do have cross scores on the back. Ephedrine is commonly used as a stimulant, appetite suppressant, concentration aid, decongestant, and to treat hypotension associated with anaesthesia. Guaifenesin is used to relieve chest congestion. Those are available over-the-counter from a variety of sources. The pill is plain on one side and has an X on the other, like it could be cut into quarters. I can't figure out what it is. I take a lot of pills for various ailments and I'm trying to figure out if it's just one of my old generic prescriptions or something that my daughter left around. What is the name of this pill? ## Unfortunately I was not able to locate the pill you are describing. Is it manufactured in the US? Are there any other inscriptions on the pill? Is the pill scored? Any other information you can give will help me assist you better. ## I found this pill in a first aid kit, and on the wrapper it said that it was for bachache relief. I don't know what it is for sure, but I guess it's an over the counter pain killer.

Found these in my daughters purse, two of them in a baggie that shows a piece of paper made in china, cant be correct wrapper but looks sort of like a over sized tums and tastes sort of minty. white,round pill with dv2 written on one side of it.about the size of a percacet 5 mg ## Aspirin, packaged by Swift. ## Actually, what I am finding lists this as being non-aspirin and containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is often packaged in various first aid kits. However, this could be wrong, since it is an over the counter product, so the markings are not required to be listed with the U.S. FDA. Is anyone else familiar with these tablets?

found a small white tablet blank on obe side and a number 2 on the other, what is this? ## I'm pretty sure these are perphenazine 2mg, I have a small sum of the same pills, they are an antipsychotic medication used for bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia/schizo-effective disorders. Some doctors (like the i****s that prescribe seraquil for sleep) will prescribe this as a sleep aid as well..I hope this helps, I'm trying to make 100% sure they are perphenazine myself (friend gave them to me 'cause my psychiatrist "forgot" to refill me) but I'm almost positive, he takes the same as I (400mg seraquil and 2mg perphenazine). I will comment again once I'm certain that this pill is perphenazine.
