I have a round, white pill that has a 3 on one side and an M inside a square, what is this? ## This is generic acetaminophen #3 with codeine. It has 300mg acetaminophen (or tylenol) and 30mg codeine. It is a schedule three controlled substance, that is a narcotic pain killer used for mild to moderate pain. It can be abused and is highly addictive. Side effects include nausea, constipation, euphoria, among others.
