White Round Pill Split One Side Blank On Other, supposedly Methadone 5 or 10 mg?? ## In the U.S. Methadone tablets must have imprints on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Therefore, with no markings, we can rule it out as being a Methadone tablet from the U.S., which means the highest probability is that it is something available over the counter. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ...

I think this is my Metoprolol, but I'm not sure. I take (4) different BP medicines and because I don't have prescription drug coverage, I often get my meds. at different pharmacies, depending on where I can get the medicine the cheapest, so the generic version of what I get varies from pharmacy to pharmacy. I just want to make sure it is my Metoprolol before I take it. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for a tablet with this marking in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. Can you please double check the imprint? What else do you take? I can try looking at those, also. In the future, I'd suggest leaving them in their original bottles, to avoid potentially dangerous mix-ups. ...
