The closest I can find to this tablet is one manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals with the marking U 168, so can you please double check the markings and post back? They list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. ## In one of my prescriptions, there were almost 20 of the U 158 pills mistakenly added. I have a small white round pill. On one side is a boxed [M]. On the other side there is a line through the pill with a 15 on it. The P intersects with the M and doesn't really stand out as an imprint on its own -so maybe it was rubbed off at some point- making it appear as if only the M is part of the imprint.
