Pill white round with 500 imprint one side other side blank? Can anyone tell me what this is? ## I am also having a lot of trouble with this even with identifiers... Hopefully someone will answer. It's been like a year so hopefully someone knows. Someone definitely knows. They might not use this site or it's like manufacturers that also probably wouldn't use the sites... Damn. ## Hello Missmiss, I found a pill that matches your description. What I found was a metformin hydrochloride 500 mg oral tablet, which is used to treat high blood sugar levels associated with type 2 diabetes. Below I have added a picture and some information that I sourced from the National Institute of Health. Product Code: 71717-104 Ingredient(s): metformin hydrochloride 500mg Inactive Ingredient(s):...

I can not find this exact pill anywhere. Does anybody know exactly what it is? It has 44 148 on one side and 500 on the opposite side and is a white round pill. I believe it is pretty old and discontinued maybe and that's why I'm having a hard time. ## This tablet is now manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they have stopped printing the 500 on the opposite side. Teva lists it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic, or store brand of extra strength Tylenol. So yes, the one you've found is old. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, and stomach upset. These are also available in some first aid kits. This medication is most commonly used to treat fever, dizziness, and moderate aches/pains. Is there anyth...

white round pill with L405 on 1 side and 500MG on the other ## This is another over the counter product made by LNK International, they do only OTC items that are sold by various stores as their generics or store brands. What would you say this Tylenol 3 is the equivalent to: Hydrocodone /5-500 mg. or 7.5 - 750mg. or 10 - 1000 mg? OR Vicodin, OR LORTAB (all in the same miligrams as listed above)? ## Hello, Neet! How are you? First, I'd like to state that Vicodin, Lortab, Norco, Lorcet and Hydrocodone/APAP are all the same medication. They are just different names for a narcotic analgesic that contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. And just for everyone's information, the ones with those higher amounts of Acetaminophen are no longer available on the U.S. market. Now, that said, the Codeine in Tylenol 3 is actually a very weak narcotic. The tablet you've asked about is manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 30mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen. 30mgs of...

What is a white round pill marked and scored on one side only (1800 with a fancy V at the top)? ## Hi Naganama, I located a round white pill with a fancy V below a score line and the numbers 0031 above it. On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. And even if it's not a match, I think we can still point out that Qualitest is probably the manufacturer since they make other tablets ...

op on one side 10 on the other just like an oxy 10 but fatter ## This is a 10mg tablet of the new Oxycontin OP, it has replaced the regular product and has been specially formulated to help prevent abuse. It still contains the active ingredient Oxycodone and the side effect profile is also still said to be the same: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. the white pill APO/500 is acetaminophen, which is tylenol (500mg of tylenol) ## That is correct. I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. The pill is round and white on both sides, on side says W-R and the other side may have said something but it appears to be scratched away at or worn off. Any help is great...thanks! ## It's very hard to say if we aren't certain of the imprint. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. Some of the most common side effects are: drowsiness, dry mouth, headache and dizziness. You can read more about it here: M...

approx 7mm in diameter, one side is plain the other has a line across with CD on the top and C below the line. ## Hi Peggy, The closest match I've been able to find is Co-codamol with (8mg) of Codeine + (500mg) of Acetaminophen.
