White round pill, top half says I, bottom says 135..... The back is blank. What is it? ## Hello, Chase! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't see a listing in the NIH databases for a round tablet with this marking. Could you please double check and post back? I do see one for a tablet with a marking of IP 135 that is round, and white, which is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, they list it as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat pain, fever, and headache. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. ## Allopurinol. Hopefully, because it was just given to my daughter by Walgreens, however, the pill she got from CVS last month looked larger. We've been looking... ...

I have a friend that is withdrawing from opiates and she wants to know the name of this painkiller that is white & round with the imprint "u37". ## Hi Mindy, A round white pill marked with U37 is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (300mg) + Codeine phosphate (60mg); commonly used for treating pain or coughing. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Aurolife Pharma, LLC and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 13107-060. Hopefully the codeine in this will help alleviate at least some aspects of your friend's opiate withdrawal... Kratom is another option (OTC) that she may want to investigate for this purpose if need be. Hope this helps! ...

I have a pill with no name, just numbers... The pill is round and white, with the number 05 at the top and a marked line in the center, so pill could be divided in two, and the number 112 at the bottom of the pill. Is this Phenobarbital as the pharmacy says it is? ## Hi Ron, The only difference I'm seeing between your description and that of Phenobarbital (64.8mg) is the "0" actually being an "E". However, everything else is spot on as far as I can tell. The manufacturer is ironically listed as "e5 Pharma, LLC" and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 13517-112. Is there any way you could double check the "0" on your pill? ## I checked the pill out with a magnifying glass, and sure enough what looked like a 0, was in fact a very small "... ...

Found this pill in my daughters purse. Can someone please help me figure out what kind of pill it is? Its a small round white pill with a R on the side with 130 under it. ## Hi Emilie, The closest match I can find based on your description, was a white round pill imprinted with "R" on one side and "153" on the other; identified as Ondansetron hydrochloride 4 mg. This medication is used in the treatment of nausea/vomiting. Manufacturer: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 55111-0153 Because this doesn't completely match your description, I'm wondering if the "R" could possibly be some sort of other logo; unless you would say it's pretty easy to distinguish? ## Pills of type Metamina. are small ( 5mm diameter, 2mm+... ...
