I found a white round pill with markings 54 814. My friend said it was an Opana 10 mg. Is it? ## I have checked all of our resources for a tablet with this marking or a similar one and I am not finding anything in the U.S. prescription drug databases. I know the marking 54 followed by three numbers is used on prescription medications, but it might not be something that is available in the U.S. What country are you in? ## yes its opana 10mg US ## they are much less effective than the brand name and I am very disappointed. Within 18 hours of starting on these new generics, my pain was back in full force. I had filled a 90 day supply and will be in awful pain until I refell for the brand. Found 4 before discoveringsmall white circular unmarked pills and same size as my prescription oxymorphone 10 mg tabs....possibly pill tampering???? oxymorphone pills. To the untrained eye looks same as prescription.... 54/814 on one side smooth small white and without scoring, other side without markings. This unmarked pill when placed side by side and on top of the prescription med details = no markings or scoring on both sides of the pill, round, white and appears to be same size. Only differences are...no markings, not as smooth and both sides....the edge circumference is symmetrical but not flush...turned upwards...without distortion... Is it possible these pills seemingly identical missed the stamping process and poor quality slipped through.. I have felt slight or minimal changes...
