What might help me is if you described the arrow in a bit better detail that way I might be able to identify the arrows manufacturer and from there find the pill that you're talking about or at least give you a starting point for making calls. Try to be as descriptive about the arrow as possible, things like if the arrow head is fat or skinny, is it raised off the pill or imprinted into the pill, is it just an arrow head or does it have the body of the arrow too? Trying to find out the name of a small white round pill with the letters APO on top and TI-4 on the bottom. The other side has two lines; one going down and the other going across. ## A white round pill with APO over TI-4 on one side and cross-scored on the back is reportedly identified as Tizanidine 4mg, used as a muscle relaxant. I found these pills, It is small white, round, says APO 80 on one side, and has 4 cross lines on the other side. My mom gave it to me and after I took it I felt lightheaded, like I was about to pass out. It was flat, white, and had a plus sign; not like a small one but it covered the lines when looking from top to bottom and side to side. I can't even walk straight.

I suspect my husband is insufflating pills. I found a bunch of small pills with E44 on one side and lines on the other side. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.

there is either a 6 or a 9 on the back half of the pill that is drawn with sharp lines so that the number is almost an octagon ## I believe I located your pill, Click here to see a picture of the pill. If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. Unfortunately, that leaves it open to many possible over the counter products. I'll do some searching and post back, when I have some information for you.
