It's a big round red pill, with N above the number 400 on one side and nothing on the other. I've been looking around on the internet but I have had no luck. I looked up the description in Google images to see if I can find one that looks the same, and can't find it, looked on multiple websites for it with no luck. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I have the same kind of pill, but it is round and not oblong. All the pictures that I have seen of excedrin tension headache have been an oblong pill with ETH stamped on one side. The one that I have is round with ETH on one side and nothing on the other side. It is kinda of reddish white, no markings and I found several in my sons coat pocket... ## Hello, Kd! How are you? If they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. The pill is round, larger than an asprin, red with Z imprint. What is it? ## May be for schizophrenia. Im trying to find out for sure myself, but have reason to believe thats what its for. ## It actually sounds like you might have found an Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is used to treat headaches, fever, and body aches. I found two pills in a cabnet that are reddish/brown in color and about the size of a dime in dia. approx 1/4 inch thick. on the top of the pill has (L489) engraved on it. Its a metabolife pill I found it in an old bottle in the back of my medicine cabinet ## I'm assuming you are referring to the Metabolife Green tea supplement, is this correct? This appears to be one of five different products they sell for weight loss and weight management.. From what I can gather, the Metabolife Green Tea is used to help boost the body's metabolism, burning off calories more efficiently (in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program). You can google "metabolife" to pull up their website for more information on their products. There isn't any photos of the pill however, so I can't determine which of the five product containers this pill is from.

Hi. I've got a blister pack of 10 red pills. No markings/letters etc. 2 lines scored crossing eachother. Blister pack says they are tramadol hydrochloride USP 200mg. Found red round pill with yellow center in a cup of tea. The pill was split in two, one half was recovered but the other half dissolved in the tea. No side effects noticed except headache. Could you possibly identify it? Regards ## Found in South Africa, tea bag that was used had a small cut near the edge and I suspect that iswhere the pill was inserted in the bag. It was from a carton that only we had access to.

However I haven't located any specific details to verify these claims. One thing to note that may help further search efforts is that a lot of people also tend to describe this pill as being brown in color. So I'm assuming it's somewhere in between red, maroon or brown depending on the lighting, but that's just something else to keep in mind when reading other comments. As a last resort, it may even be best to take this pill into your local pharmacy to see if they recognize it.
