It's a big round red pill, with N above the number 400 on one side and nothing on the other. I've been looking around on the internet but I have had no luck. I looked up the description in Google images to see if I can find one that looks the same, and can't find it, looked on multiple websites for it with no luck. Can someone please tell me what this is? ## Hello, Mike! How are you? I found one listed that matches this as being Novo-Profen, it contains 400mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Round red pill with capital ETH engraved on one side and nothing on the other side. It is a little smaller than a dime. ## This is an over the counter tablet, Excedrin Tension Headache, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. It is also a little fatter than a normal size round pill.

It is kinda of reddish white, no markings and I found several in my sons coat pocket... ## Hello, Kd! How are you? If they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else know what these might be?

Its a metabolife pill I found it in an old bottle in the back of my medicine cabinet ## I'm assuming you are referring to the Metabolife Green tea supplement, is this correct? This appears to be one of five different products they sell for weight loss and weight management.. From what I can gather, the Metabolife Green Tea is used to help boost the body's metabolism, burning off calories more efficiently (in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program). You can google "metabolife" to pull up their website for more information on their products. There isn't any photos of the pill however, so I can't determine which of the five product containers this pill is from.

Hi. I've got a blister pack of 10 red pills. No markings/letters etc. 2 lines scored crossing eachother. Blister pack says they are tramadol hydrochloride USP 200mg. Manufactured by centurion laboratories in India. I'd like to make sure they are what they say they are. Thanks. ## Is there also a marking on the package UDT-200? If so, that is how Centurion packages their Tramadol tablets, they list them as containing 200mgs. The NIH warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

red round pill with 57 on one side almost looks like ibuprofen and might actually be ibuprofen but i dont know ## Hi Dez, From what I've could gather, the overall consensus in related threads here also suggest that this could very well be ibuprofen. However I haven't located any specific details to verify these claims. One thing to note that may help further search efforts is that a lot of people also tend to describe this pill as being brown in color. So I'm assuming it's somewhere in between red, maroon or brown depending on the lighting, but that's just something else to keep in mind when reading other comments. As a last resort, it may even be best to take this pill into your local pharmacy to see if they recognize it.

What is this pill? - Red, round with uppercase R on one side and 225 imprint on the other. Not scored. ## Two other related discussion threads here point to Tramadol being a match: 1) Red Pill 225 2) Red Pill Imprinted With 225 Post # 3 in the following thread surmises that a very similarly depicted pill is Tramadol 225mg slow-release: 3) Red Pill No Markings Scored I haven't been able to verify this finding myself, however, it is something to consider as a possibility. Have you thought about sending a pill to a lab for closer analysis? Or maybe getting a drug panel kit to see if opiates/opioids turn up in the results? ## Composition of Tapentadol Hcl “Tramadol” 125 mg and Carisoprodol “Soma” 100mg.
