I have found a round pink or peachish looking pill that has an M on one side and U3 on the other. I need to know what this is and if it is dangerous or a narcotic? ## This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and contains 20mgs of Rosuvastatin, which is most commonly used to help lower cholesterol levels. Got a round peach colored pill with the numbers 223 on it. What is it!? I was told it was a vicodin 10 or hydrocodone. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street... But it's a good thing you took the time to ask about it first, just to be on the safe side. I hope this helps! ## It is Lithium ...as long as it has 223 on one side and nothing on the other.

Does this pill contain codeine? ## The imprint that fits your description of a round pink pill is actually "GG 235" as opposed to "GG 225"; which is round and white. This pink pill is Promethazine hydrochloride (50mg); which is an antihistamine primarily used to treat allergy symptoms.
