Round Pill With Hyl On One Side And Cf

Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. The tablet with the 44 527 marking is also an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine, it is used to help relieve cold symptoms. I found a round beige colored pill with CF on one side and HYL on the other on my front door step and im worried about it cause i have little kids and you just never no what could happen. ## This is a Hyland's Calms Forte tablet, it's a homeopathic remedy that's available over the counter and used to help with insomnia. I've actually tried them and they do help, but only with mild cases. If you are very anxious and having trouble sleeping, then really don't do anything. Is there anything else I can help with?

I would like to know the side effects of this supplement CF HYL. ## Hello, Jennifer! How are you? Did you mean Hyland's Calm Forte? If so, this is a homeopathic product and they are not evaluated for side effects, as is done with actual prescription drugs. I have taken it myself, for insomnia issues and found that it helped for a short period of time and I had no side effects from it, but everyone is different. I'd advise reading the label thoroughly and checking with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you try it.

The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness.
