I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions? ...
