I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description and the obscurity of that logo leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. found a oval pill with a m or w on it also a symbol on it what is this pill ## There are plenty of possible matches to your pill; however without knowing the color of the pill and what this symbol looks like, I can't necessarily narrow down the options I found. A couple other questions I had, that will help to narrow down the number of possibilities are: Is this logo you mentioned accompanied by any other numbers or letters? Is there a score line on one side? The good news is that there are many round pills that have the letter "M" inside of a box on one side of the pill and a set of numbers on the other side. Pill is the same color all the way through! Never saw this with a Oc, Abg, or the CDN's years ago but I think they might be fake! Can u help me find out please! ## A person I know has the cdn green all the way through. They are and are not fake. To explain...there is an active opioid ingredient usually fentanyl or some benzodiazepine combo. Some actally contain oxy as well. The real ones just like usa made are white after removal of coating.....still worth it for most people ironically. Looks like an oxycodone - it has m inside a square and 30 on back on top of the line. But it is white in color, not pale blue - just WHITE. What could it be? ## Aside from the color, everything else in your description matches up with a typical 30mg Oxycodone IR pill made by Mallinckrodt. My first assumption is that if you didn't get it filled at a licensed pharmacy, then it's probably counterfeit. These days they do a pretty good job of making them look legitimate, so you can never be too certain unless you were to have the pill analyzed by a lab or drug panel to at least verify the presence of an opiate. I found a light blue pill with the imprint "OX" over "80" on the same side. There are no imprints on the other side, just the OX 80, no underlines or any other markings.
