I found this round red pill in my son's pocket. It has the letters C C with an arrow in between the C's, pointing to the first C. There is also some design above the letters, but I cannot make it out. Help? ## It sounds as though your son has cough medicine in his pocket. I'm not for certain but it may be Coricidine Cough & Cold. Like I said I'm not for certain... Kids take large amounts of the cough meds, like 8 to 14 at a time, to get a high feeling.

The pill I found is 2 in a pack and they are pretty big pills. They are gel, red, oval looking and say 512 on one side...
