A friend of mine got some slimming pills called Reduce 15 mg that he bought in Thailand. They are not allowed in the country where I live, so I can't consult my doctor. I'm healthy but I have suffered from stress due to too much work, and have been medicated for that a couple of times, though not currently. I'm not fat, but I have gained 20 kg due to stress. Do you know which secondary efects these pills could have or if I should take them at all? ## From what I can find, Reduce contains the active ingredient Subutramine, which has been pulled from the market in many countries, due to the severe dangers associated with it. It can cause cardiac related dangers, such as: accelerate heart rate, trouble breathing, elevated pulse and elevated blood pressure. There have been some ...

red pill with white specs. a thicker pill, gun facing right. slow moving, took a half a pill, about 25 min later took the other, half, then an hour later, took another, no effects so far, and combined its been 2 hours. feeling nothing, is this normal. ## i guess i should have also stated that this was a supposed energy supplement given to me by a friend who said it would help me out when i work out, to sustain energy. i feel as though i was not smart in taking this because i never even looked it up, as i said before i trusted this person ## It would be tough to identify which supplement this is, since there are so many on the market with no specific way to identify their pills. As far as the pills not working out for you, I'm thinking that it just bypassed your digestive system or l...

I have an abscess .would it reduce the pain and swelling. ## Hi shazavier, Sorry to hear about your tooth abscess. From what I could gather, the red pill you're describing marked 44 291, contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug marketed for its use in treating mild pain and inflammation (swelling). So in my opinion, I don't see why it wouldn't be beneficial for such cases. However if you have truly been diagnosed with a tooth infection, this won't necessarily take it away; it will only mask the pain and swelling temporarily. Therefore you may also need to contact a doctor and see about getting prescribed an antibiotic to take along with the Ibuprofen. I hope this helps answer your question!

I switched from taking Xarelto for the past 1.5 years to Eliquis. Been on two tabs/day for the past two weeks and this am woke up with two very red eyes. Any body else have that happen? Not sure it's even from the Eliquis but it's a good guess for now. ## Hi Carolann, Did your eyes feel like they were really dry when you first woke up? Maybe this medication dehydrates you quicker than usual? I don't if that's the case, but if so, you may just have to drink more water on a regular basis to help counteract it. Would you describe it as the same type of "red eyes" one might get after indulging in cannabis? What I find interesting when I look at the side effect profile, is that they list "red urine as well as red stool", but not "red eyes" Lol. However...

IT HAS A LAXITIVE IN IT AND WAS KNOWN TO HELP YOU LOSE UP TO 6 LBS A WEEK,WAS RX FOR THE OVER WEIGHT PEOPLE(OB) ## This drug, however, is still available in Mexico, as well as several other countries, so unfortunately, those who self-medicate, for whatever reason they are doing so, can pick it up there very cheaply. In most cases, you can get away with carrying small amounts, around 3 months worth or less, of a drug into the US, without having it seized or questioned by customs. Customs agents are not trained to keep track of which drugs are or are not legal in the US, and if someo...

what are the uses of redumet other than sugar? does it have any side effect for this medicine? ## All medications carry the risk of side effects, even over the counter products. I can't find any information on a medication under this name, however, from your saying it is used to treat sugar problems and from the name, I am making a guess that it probably contains the active ingredient Metformin, which is an oral antidiabetic medication. It is also sometimes given to women that suffer from PCOD, to improve their body's use of insulin. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain and flatulence.
