Ranitidine 150 mg tablet. I have always received a peach colored tablet w/imprint PAR 544. Concerned about white tablet is for Zantac? I take this w/Metoprolol. ## my husband gets white ones and sometimes peach ones ## Just to confirm, yes, the APO pill is also Ranitidine 150mgs, a generic for Zantac. Tiffanie, I appreciate your response, but if you are going to post to help people on a drug forum, then you need to know that the colors of the tablets really don't mean anything at all, you have to go by the imprint in order to be certain of what something is.

I can't figure out what this pill is. It's round, orangish- peach in color and has R 150 on one side. The other side is blank ## I located a round pink pill imprinted with "R150" that has been identified as Ranitidine hydrochloride 150 mg. I'm assuming that it may come off as being orangish-peach in certain lighting situations... My mother is taking Rantac every day and she also take Medicines for her BP and Diabetes. Is there any side effects for her taking Rantac along with her other medicines? pls advice. I have a gland on the side of my viginia which my doctor says is because of the infection but I am reading that Zantac is for stomach problems. can it be used after discard date ## It does not become dangerous, after the expiration date, but it will lose efficacy, meaning it won't work as well to treat an infection as it did, when it was new. This does create the possibility of developing antibiotic resistance. Therefore, you should see your doctor for a new prescription. I have myopathy (muscular dystrophy as said in muscle biopsy) but all types of deseases known to be present under MD are excluded (overruled). Does Rantac have any effect on myopathy in general or in respect to MD? ## I 've got leg muscle spasm after taking Rantac. Even stop taking, the hurt remains, i m using a cane to aid walking. Why the side effects subside? and will it cause ALS? big worry abt that.
