My mother is daibetic patiant , She was having some breathing problem therefore she was admitted to hospital, She also having some problem of Physco in her mind, She was first treated for her sugar and her breathing problem , Thereafter she was seen by a phycretic who had prescribed her RIVOTRIL ( O.5) 0-0-1/4 AND QUITIPIN (50) 1/2-0-1/2. After taking this she went in long sleep . she was unconsious for 5 to 6 days and even her Kidneys was silence . now she is on dialysis. pl suggest what to do ...

My daughter is diagnosed with acute mania and is taking two tablets of quitipin, oleanz 10mg (1 tab) and encorate 500 (1) - all in the night. PLS let me know the side effects and your opinion on how to handle this? ...

Dear sir, This is regarding my Father who is 73 yrs. of age. My father met with an accident 3 yrs back with multiple hemotoma on Back & front lobe & was in ICU for almost 15 days .Since then we had been administering him alopathic medicines which responded well initially but in later stages the recovery process stopped & is in same position for almost 2 years now.We still are giving him Syndopa Plus ( 3 times)& Algil 5 ( 2 Times) daily . After MRI no clots were visible but it seems that he has lost the memory of last 10 years,does have visual hallucinations,stumbles while he walks sleep at night, sleeps the whole day,does have disturbed sleep & at times is violent too. my daughter recently got sudden seizure after 13 years, immediately she was admitted in the hospital mr scan was done and there was scare in her brain which she had during her delivery she was a forcebes baby. doctor has advised us to continue the tab lavera 500 mg please how long she had to take the medcines how it works and advantages and side effect if any.now my daughter is 16 years. ## My father was taking levesam 500 and 250 and topomac 150 also 2 times a day..he suffered from conversion/fitt severely 3 days b4 ..he was admitted to the hospital and he was given lavera 500 for 3 times a day and he is also taking topomac 200-2 times a day..i just want to know is this dose very heavy...because he is taking so much medicine, how will it affect him?...our doctor also suggested quitipin... ...

My mother has been on depakote 500mg tablet (1 every night) and quitipin 50mg ( 1 every nght) for 2 years now. She is constantly worried though not panicked. She talks to her self sometimes more than other times and hears voices constantly. Most of the time she is upset with the voices and other times she is peaceful with them. What are these medications for and how do they work in tandem with each other. Also any idea what it is my mother is suffering from, cause no one tells me. They just say she has a chemical imbalance and nothing more. Schezophrenia is taboo in India so no one tells me whats going on with her. PLease help me ## WHAT IS QUITPIN PRESCRIBED FOR ## there is a reason for not telling u the cause.may b ur mother is bn detected wid brain atrophy..which cannot b cured...m b... ...

My mother was given elicia 4mg by her doctor. At a later stage she was asked to take it twice a day. She kept losing weight after that and was hospitalised because her sodium levels dropped. What is elicia 4 mg used for. Now the same doctor has changed the medication to mirtaz 7.5 mg, quitipin .75 mg and zolax .5 mg. but she is stil not at all comfortable with the same ## I have been taking Sulpitac 50 mg for one year time and now my Psychiatrist suggested me to take Elicia 4mg from November 5th onwards.Please clarify me for what purpose the Elicia 4mg is given and can I come out of this tablet totally? ...

Iam using Oxmazetol 600mg BD. Since 2 years. But Now iam facing problem of memory loss. I want to know is this is side effect of this durg? ## Am 35 and married also blessed with two children, a daughter of 6 and son of 3. Having being diagnosed of mild depression observations of the Dr. were morbid psycology, violent outbursts and grand idection. Am presently on the following drugs since February 2008, 1) Pramipex .25 (twice a day), 2) Quitipin 50 (twice a day), 3) Valprol CR 500 (twice a day), 4) Oxmazetol 300 (once a day) and 5) Lamitor OD 50 (once a day). The dose varies but the prescription is same. I work for my state Police Dept. Am normally calm but with efforts. Appetite has increased and hence am gaining weight. Cannot withstand hunger.
