Is Zenflox 200 Mg an antibiotic for typhoid?

Is Zenflox 200 mg is used for typhoid? If yes, what is the dosage for children below 10 years. ## Zenflox contains the active ingredient Ofloxacin; this is an antibiotic, which may be used to treat various types of infections. I haven't found anything indicating its use for typhoid. Floxin is not licensed by the FDA for use in children due to the risk of serious reversible and irreversible injury to the musculoskeletal system. Friend found this pill that his son had, who refuses to explain how or why he has it. Round pale orange/peach tablet labelled 2.5 on one side, and AF above the score and L below the score.
