I have been taking metropolol 25 mg 2x/day for years. My tablet has been oval shaped with what looks like an "m" then a center score and a script looking "B" under that when the pill is held upright. My latest refill is round with "M 18" and the other side is center scored. Are these the identically same medices? It is so difficult with so many generic medicnes being white tablets. Can Sertraline 100 mg tablets be cut in to four pieces and still be effective? My doctor has given me the okay to try different dosages. 50 mg is not enough and I would like to try 75 mg but Sertraline does not come in that dosage. I have 100 mg tablets and want to break them in half and then cut some of the havles in half to get 75 mg.
