I have been on Humira for some time now. Lately I have been getting blood blisters' under my skin, just as I was typing I happened to look at my wrists and noticed a blister, I honestly do not know if this means another blister is going to take place. These blood blisters' at present are on my wrist's, there is no itch although I just used my Humira 2 days ago and today I am not feeling at my best so I'm not sure what is going on. If anyone else has received these blisters' and have perhaps gotten an answer from your Physician or Dermatologist. I hope someone is able to assist me. I am not on any Blood Thinners' such as Cumidine or anything such as this. Thanks so much, ## Hello, Rita! How are you doing? I'm very sorry about the problem you're experiencin...

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and took mostly Ritalin. I stopped somewhere around 4th or 5th grade. By the time college rolled around, I knew that my concentration issues were likely due to ADHD, so I got retested at a psychology facility (it was something like 6-7 hours of various tests) and was formally diagnosed with ADHD again at the age of 19. That was 7 years ago. I took amphetamine salts (short-acting) generic for several years with no side effects that I noticed. I stopped for almost two years during pregnancy and breastfeeding because I really didn't want to be taking a stimulant that could potentially affect my unborn child or get into my breast milk. When I finished (which was a couple months ago) I decided to get back onto the medicine. Since my insurance changed,...

I'm prescribed 25mg xR Adderall, and have been for about a year, year and a half. I absolutely love the stuff, nothing has ever worked for me the way this med does! I've been on anti-anxiety and anti-depressants, I've tried Wellbutrin and Ritalin. Nothing ever worked. But I feel like Adderall kick starts me, and puts me in some kind of "bubble" where I can be productive, stay motivated and focused and the energy! The energy is my favorite part. I don't feel like I'm dragging myself around anymore, I can keep moving without wandering off in my mind or being half asleep. It's great. BUT... as everybody knows it has it's "crash", headaches, nausea, tiredness or laziness, not being able to focus and hunger. I get all of that. Not always the headac...

Unfortunately, most doctor's don't know all the possible side effects that any given medication may cause, because they are not required to study them in as much detail as a pharmacist, or other pharmaceutical techs. Thus, most doctors only know the most common side effects listed. It is really imperative to ask your pharmacist, or research it ...

I have just been given Methylin as a generic for Ritalin. I have taken other generic forms of Ritalin. All others have been called Methylphenidate and have all responded as anticipated. Methylin has been very different. It has made me sleepy, not alert at all and most importantly has significantly lowered my blood pressure while raising my pulse. My last dosage lowered my bp to 63/46, pulse 96. I stopped the medication. Are there any others with similar effects while taking this medication? ## Tell your doctor and pharmacist that this generic doesn't work for you. I was on Adderall XR 30 mg, 3X/day for a long time until all the generics came out with the ineffective fillers and they became ineffective. My doctor then switched me to Ritalin 20 mg, 3X/day. They did help to perk me up. I'm on a heavy dose of morphine thru an infusion pump for chronic pain for almost 10 years. I called the office to tell them about the side effects I was having: INTENSE sweating, ANGER, mood changes. I was told to reduce the script to 1/2 pill in the am and 1/2 in the pm. This was a little too low so I take 1 tablet in the am and 1/2 in the pm. So far, this seems to be working well and the sweating has decreased almost 98%, anger is gone. I think I'll stay here since its working. Has anyone else had issues with Ritalin? ## Those can be normal side effects of ...

After only a week of being prescribed Cymbalta, (Duyloxetine Hydrochloride) 20 mg. cap once a day, for depression and back pain by two doctors working together, I fell victim to several of the side effects of the drug. Although I did not know that they were side effects at the time (most notably weakness, loss of coordination and balance). I consulted with the prescribing doctor, I was told that I had not been on the drug long enough, or at a high enough strength dosage to develop any of the side effects. After another week of Cymbalta I was falling down, could not walk straight, fell off my bike three times (once seriously) and could barely lift my arms over my head. I visited Rite-Aid and the public library and retrieved "print outs" concerning this drug. To my surprise, I had...
