This pill is small, round and orange. The imprints on one side say PMS 10 and it's scored in half between the PMS and the 10. The other side is unmarked and not scored. Any help would be great. I believe that it's made by the company Pharmascience, but can't figure out which it is. Thank you! ## Hello, I believe I just replied to one of your posts, but just to be certain, I think your pill may be either Clonazepam (1 mg); or Prochlorperazine (10 mg). I can't say for sure, since these pills aren't from the U.S. but those are the closest matches I could find. If you need any more assistance, please post back! ## Hi im PETEdisabled and my doctor is retiring. Milan 477.. What is it -was on PM and still am. Old script can't remember use for this. Scoliosis ,ruptured disks (L's) pinched nerves ect ## Hello, Keith! How are you? The tablet with this marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Diazepam. The FDA classifies this medication as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. It also carries the risk of being habit forming. Is there anything else I can help with?

I've taken prescribed amount of 5/325-Norco or hydrocodone today for lower back bulging disc, DDD, nerve damage. Pain is not controlled this pm. How soon can I safely take oxycodone tonight? Can I safely take a norco and an oxycodone at different times on the same day. (If the norco at first does not help my pain.) Norco first gave some relief when first saw pain management Dr. and primary care Dr. As more time goes by my original RX is not helping ongoing pain. Thank you ## Hello, Robyn! How are you? That can be done, if your doctor approves, they are often prescribed together to manage severe pain, or when being switched from one to the other, the next dose is usually just switched out with the new one. However, self-medicating could be dangerous and may result in overdose, if som...

I have had multiple back surgeries and have severe nerve damage and further disc issues in thoracic and neck. Been in PM for over 10 years and took many years to come up with combination that worked for me. He retired and sent to new doc who dropped me 3 months later after i expressed concern over being able to afford the treatment route of MRIs and surgeries. Now having hard time finding another and meds are out in few days. I have surgery documents and records from old doctor available but need doc who will write quickly as I will be ill in few days. In Tulsa or surrounding areas. Hell I'll go most anywhere at this point. Already in pain cause I've been stretching meds out and have apparently gone below point of therapeutic help . ## Hello, Mick! I started on Gabapentin 6 days ago and I feel great. I have a new pm doc and he added this med to the other pain meds that I've been on for 6 years. Regained feeling in both feet that have nerve damage, and along with ms contin 30 my bid and 15 mg x 4 of oxycodone, my back and knees are not as painful as they usually are. I have 10 percent of my lower spine remaining from degeneration and both knees are bone on bone. Not only is the pain tolerable but my mental health seems to have improved drastically. I've read mostly horror stories about gabapentin, but I'm wondering if anyone else has a positive opinion about it. Thanks for reading ## In most cases, those who have had a positive experience with a medication aren't the ones Googling online to find a site like this, th...

I have been on hydrocodone 10mg since January 2016 due to chronic migraines and a pinched nerve in my neck. This last month the medicine has not worked at all. I haven't been to work in two weeks because I'm in SO MUCH PAIN! I guess my question is what should I do? And say to my PM Dr.? ## What are the markings on it? Did you receive a different generic than usual? If not, then your body may already be tolerant to it and you should inform your doctor. However, be careful not to ask for any specific medication, or dosage, as an alternative, as they may view that as being drug seeking behavior. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Does anyone else ...

I was taking (1) 5 mg of oxycodone a day for 10 months for countless surgeries. When I tried to stop taking the 1 pill a day I would go through extreme pain muscel and nerve pain that felt like my body was on fire and would not allow me to sleep. Even with trying sleep aids like Tylenol pm and Benadryl. I went to the doctor to see if he could prescribe something to help me sleep through the night. He put me on (2) 8 mg a day of suboxone. I only took the (1) 5 mg pill at night. I took my first 8 mg strip 24 hours after my last oxy on Tuesday night. About an hour after that I began projectile vomiting, felt drunk, horrible headache, server itching that kept me up all night. I called the doctor who gave me anti nausea med and have still been vomiting everything up since it is now 48 hour l...

I'm using gabapin nt tablet for suspected nerve compression. But i've been feeling very sleepy and tired all the time. Is it a side effect of the medicine? ## Gabapin-NT contains the active ingredients Gabapentin and Nortriptyline and yes, both of these drugs can cause drowsiness as side effects. Was already on Gabapentin, low dose for Restless Legs when began having Nerve Problems in feet, and increasing unsteady gait. Am not Diabetic, no history of Nerve problems in family Then Neurologist started increasing dose and found myself on 4800mg/day before beginning own research, and found I was taking way more than recommended daily dose. Uncaring Neurologist! Since learning, I have been steadily decreasing dose since Aug/2014. Now on 2000mg/dqy, 800mg in morning and bedtime, 400mg at mid day, about 3:pm but with severe withdrawal symptoms-extreme pain. Have I tried to decrease to rapidly? ## Hello, Donna! How are you? I have used Percogesic throughout the years for everything from nerves to toothache. I highly recommend this product trial BEFORE using opiates for pain. The only side effect I found, was that it can make you very sleepy. It can be purchased over the counter and will NOT produce withdrawal symptoms. Like all products containing acetaminophen, it should be only taken as directed. ## Percogesic is listed as containing Acetaminophen, and Diphenhydramine, the same active ingredients in Tylenol PM, as well as the generics, and store brands. I am very glad that it has helped you so much with pain. Along with the drowsiness, other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth. Is there anything I can help with?

Hi! I am visiting my family in Texas from Atlanta. I have pinched a nerve in my shoulder since I've been here. The only thing my grandmother has to give me is Tramadol. I am hesitant to take it because I'm afraid it will screw me up and I won't be able to take my evening dose of suboxone 4mg. Does anyone have any advice on this? ## I would advise against the Tramadol because (a) it is contraindicated while taking suboxone, and (b) it would most likely affect any lab work which your pm specialist would have you submit and you would risk being discontinued treatment. Instead, you should double check with your doctor or pharmacist if you can take an OTC pain medication such as Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen, just don't take any other opioid type of medication. I hope this helps...

I take Gabapentin 3x a day (AM-NOON PM) for extremely severe pain from spinal stenosis. The pain travels down my legs. Difficulty in walking My question is: What is the most Gabapentin I can take of this medicine without severe side effects? ## Hello, Harriet! How are you? I am very sorry that you're in pain. The important thing you need to know is that Gabapentin is not an actual analgesic, so it will not work like one to treat your pain and help with it, when you're having a day that's worse than usual. This is an anticonvulsant, it can help with some forms of nerve pain due to the affect it has on brain chemicals, but in order to help, it must be taken for about 4 to 6 weeks in a consistent dosing. You will not get more relief by taking extra on any given day, so please d...

i have been taking lyrica for burning pain in both legs in front 75mg am and pm. There is no improvement have switched to trepiline 10mg 2 days ago. No better. What do I do now lil ## How are you doing now? Did you give the Trepiline more time? These are not actual analgesics and neither of them will work like they do and it can take several weeks, before you will know if it's actually going to help you. Trepiline contains the active ingredient Amitriptyline, which is tricyclic antidepressant and these can sometimes help with certain types of nerve pain, but two days is not nearly enough time for it to actually work. You can read more about this medication on the page for Amitriptyline Details. Do you have any other questions or information to add? Please post back if you do.

I have had 2 knee replacement on the one leg and several operations after. I kept getting severe pain burning and taser gun like experiences is the only way to explain it. Had informed the dr but many ops later it is getting worse now a physio says I have severe nerve damage. Will lyrcia help I have just started this is my 3rd day now I take 1x75gms in the am and 1 x 75gms in the pm. I am just so tired of pain all the time. I just want to live life again ## Hi Joey, Sorry to hear about the pain you've been having to deal with. I think Lyrica can assist in temporarily helping you mask the knee pain, but over time you either have to keep increasing the dosage to get the same effects (until your completely dependent upon the medication), or after a couple months or so you can switch me...

Hi, iv had the jadelle in for 2 and half weeks, when I run a figure down my arm it hurts. I can feel pain when I bend my arm or if I lay my son on my arm. I can also feels like a tight string like possibly a nerve next to the jadelle under the skin. Pain only seems to be getting worse. Should I go to doctors or hospital or will the pain go away? ## Hello, Bobby! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. Yes, you should have it checked out, it might not have been placed correctly. The FDA lists possible Jadelle side effects as including dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS like symptoms. The tight string spot that you feel is most likely an irritated muscle. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## Hi, I've had jadell for 2y...

Ok, this will be lengthy to include all the necessary details but can someone help please? My being able to raise my daughter depends on my necessary medicine. I have no clue where else to turn. Hello...I sadly am on a regime on percocet. I am on a low dose and have been on for a very long time. My primary writes it, usually. I do go to pain management but they do not prescribe narcotics and my primary had been the one to write my percocet for me-I left it at that. Both doctors are aware of my regime and the PM doctor sends his reports to my primary doctor. The PM doctor gave me injections. They only help occasionally it's not cortisone it's something that blocks the nerves? I went to pick up my monthly script when I was told PA laws have changed so I have to find a pain management doctor that will write for narcotics because the primary now only can do so 3 or so times? I was told this at my regular Rite Aid pharmacy. So, what can I do? I don't know if this month i...

I have suffered chronic pain from miserably failed back surgery and also have fibromyalgia. I have been in PM since 1994 and had to scratch my way through the medicine cabinet along with submitting to a kazillion different tests, therapy, the works. I wear 100mcg fentanyl patches, take 10/325 Norco for breakthrough pain, 6 mg tizanidine four times a day, 100mg trazadone at bed and bupropion 150 SR twice a day. I also suffer depression when my pain goes uncontrolled. I cannot take Cymbalta, Lyrics, gabapentin, desipramine, and SSRIs do NOTHING for me. I have had an rx for Lorazepam three times a day for as long as I can remember, but hate them! Have a script for 90 I filled in January and it's barely touched. I only take one when I am about to burst or my last nerve is standing on en...
