Read my above post. ## can sombody tell me what pliva616 is? ## I am trying to find a pharmacy that carries the V 61 60 pills. I have taken this brand in the past and it worked extremely well. Now all I get is the Pliva 433, which are not working as well. I know the V 61 60 are made by Vintage Pharmaceuticals, Qualilest Pharmaceuticals and Americsource Health Services.

I receive my generic ultram medication today. It is in the same prescription bottle, however the pills are oval shaped, and on the side of the bottle, where it states its potency, it also shows OVAL WHITE TABLET Side 1: PLIVA 616. Please reply asap. I called the pharmacy that filled my prescription. I don't too much trust them anymore due to the fact that they have given me another individuals medication three times recently. white, round ## what is pliva 423 ## I can't find any listing for this. ## I was prescribed pliva 423 as tramadol I don't know if this is the right drug. I've been taking pliva 616 for years. Pill Dr. said they were the same (but why have I been having withdraul systems. ## I checked a few more resources and I still can't find a listing for this. However, if it is Tramadol, one reason you may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms has to do with the allowable differences in generic medications. Under federal law, generic medications are allowed to differ, in the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%. If you were previously taking the same medication made by a different manufacturer, then are switched, you could be getting a different dosage. ## Thank for lookin...

Is there a difference between the 433 pliva trazodone and the 6160 v because it seems to me the 6160 doesn't work as good is this possible?? ## Hi Mistified, When you switch brand names or manufacturers, the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Even though both medications are clearly identified as Trazodone hydrochloride 50 mg - certain "inactive" ingredients which may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. So yes, it is possible that you may respond favorably with one medication and not the other (even if they are the same medication). This can be attributed mostly to how certain binders/fillers make you feel or whatever side effects they might c...
