Small round pill with OR 606 on it, what is it? ## The pill in description is Ranitidine (75 mg). Ranitidine is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. The pill is pinkish ## I believe the marking you're looking at is actually OR 606 and this tablet contains 75mgs of Ranitidine, the active ingredient in Zantac, which is used to treat, or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD and ulcers. My wife found these four or five pills in a bottle of Equate Brand of Acid Reducer (ranitidine tablets). she cannot remember if she mixed another brand from a almost empty bottle or not. It is pinkish with OR 606 on it. ## Yes, they are 75mgs of Ranitidine. ## how long does one stay in your system? ## Not more than a day or so. However, if you are concerned about this for a drug test, then you need not be.
