I have found a small round pink pill with M475 on one side and nothing on the back. ## This could be nifedipine, a medication taken for high blood pressure. It's what mine looks like. ## That is correct, this tablet contains 30mgs of Nifedipine, a generic for Procardia XL. This medication is used to help lower blood pressure. pink pill ## Based on your description I am not 100% sure what you have. The closest possible match is a discontinued pink pill manufactured by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, which is Citalopram 20 mg (anti-depressant). To be sure, can you verify if there is also an Ivax hourglass logo on the pill, and also the number 20 on the other side? If you have any other questions or information to add, please post back.

Found a blister pack of 2 small round pink or peach pills/ Watson on one side and 245 on the other. Any clues ## Hi Jack, Watson 245 is identified as Necon 1/50; which contains Mestranol (0.05 mg) + Norethindrone (1 mg). Necon 1/50 is primarily used in the treatment of birth control. Patient has taken Mycophenolate Mofetil made by 2 different manufacterers. On one of them he has no trouble sleeping, on the other he suffer with insomnia. Is the chemical makeup of the following two pills identical? mylan/472 and 93/7477 ## The active ingredients are the same, but the inactive ingredients could be different. Which one is causing the insomnia? Is the patient on any other medications? metoprolol ## Good question. Do you happen to know what the strength of the pill is, as well as the manufacturer? There are several possible appearances for this pill. For example: Metoprolol manufactured by AstraZeneca comes in 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg dosages... All of those are White. But Mylan Pharmaceuticals manufactures METOPROLOL TARTRATE in 50 mg (which is Pinkish Red with M over 32 on it), and 100 mg (which is a lighter Blue with M over 47 on it). Not to mention there are many other possibilities. Hope this helps. James

Looks like a C with a fancy V in the middle of the C logo on one side and the numbers 229 on the other. The color is peach or light orange. ## I do believe the tablet you have is marked marked with one of Alvogen's logos and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Percocet.
