It is an atypical antipsychotic primarily used in the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. This small peachish pink oval shaped pill has L 167 imprinted on it. The opposite side has a line where u could split it in to two halfs. ## Based on my research, an oval pink pill marked "L167" is identified as Clonidine hydrochloride 0.1 mg.
