You will be able to find all of the side effects, symptoms and conditions for prescription by searching Wikipedia for Adderall. ## Mike's id is correct. Here's the link to our Adderall monograph: This medication is unavailable in the U.S. and I am sorry to say that other countries do not regulate their prescription drugs as strictly as the FDA does. That said, finding information on them is very difficult, since there are no databases which list them all, like there are for U.S. prescription drugs. round blue pill with the number 44 then its underlined and then the number 132 44_ 132 ## Hi Barry, The only pill I can locate that relates to the description you provided is Simethicone 80 mg. The imprint on this pill is 44 137, however I couldn't find an image of the pill itself, so the placement of these numbers is a mystery to me. The brand "Gas-ex" contains Simethicone and I have heard from a pharmacist that some OTC pills begin with the numbers 44 and end with a 3 digit number so it is possible that this could be similar to the pill you have. I hope this helps!
