hello. Please suggest possible identification of a ROUND, WHITE pill; side 1 is SCORED in half, with the word "WYETH" (all uppercase) on both UPPER HALF, and LOWER half of pill; on SIDE 2: a script letter "W" inside an outlined box. ## Hello, Pamela! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description. It may be a foreign medication, because Wyeth offers many medications in countries throughout the world. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I just received a pack of Alprazolam tablets from India. They are white (maybe a little yellowish) that have R, a line, then S on one side and on the other it looks like a J. It's packaged as ALDIX-1. Does this sound 'right'? Does anyone else have Alprazolam from India that can confirm these are indeed 1mg Alprazolam? Thanks. ## Anyone at all that can help with this? ## I just got the same thing as you, also from India. As a long time xanax user, I can reasonably confirm that after popping two of these it is more or less equivalent to an american Xanax Bar (2 mg). You should be good to go. ## Thanks for the reply...I've since been taking them and have been feeling 'ok'. I just couldnt find any pics or info on those via Internet search, so was a little hesitant......

that is what I want to know -what is written on methadone not dose ## Hmmm this is a tough one. Methadone tablets come in a number of forms and doses, so the appearance will totally vary. For example, I have seen pictures from round white with imprint 54 over 142 on one side and a score in the middle on the other to Pink, scored 4 ways with Lilly and U53 below it. Do you have any more information such as color, shape, dose, size, etc? Rich ## Thank you. I have an old RX and was put in a bottle and wasn't sure, actually the RX is about 1 year old, I wanted to be sure that is what it was and yes that is right, 54 with 142 on it. Wanted to be sure before I took any when I have severe back pains. Thanks again, Pat ## Here is an image depicting various possible appearances of Methadone ....

small round pill white in color imprint: M-2 ## And is the M in a box? Are the M and 2 on opposite sides or the same side? Is it written exactly like that M-2 or is that just the way you typed it? I usually get a round pill for my prescription. Today my refill has a long straight white look with ip204 on it. Is it percoset or oxycodone? ## Hello, John! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Percocet. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

It is a small, circular, peach colored pill that has the number 20 stamped on one side, and the other side is uninscribed. There are no scorings or other markings. The '20' appears to be stamped in Helvetica. When chipped with a razor, the peach color is a thin coating that rubs off easily. Any thoughts? ## This imprint is rather obscure, so I can't be completely sure… However, I have had a 20mg Famotidine tablet that matches this description. It is classified by the FDA as an antacid, a generic for Pepcid, that is used to treat or prevent heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and flatulence. I'll keep looking to see if I can confirm this. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I have a pink/blue capsule with G232 G on it. I think it is Prilosec, not sure. Everything I have found gives a different color. ## Glenmark Generics lists this capsule as being orange and purple, they say it contains 40mgs of Omeprazole in a time released formulation. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and stomach pain. Colors can be subjective, though. Have you tried having someone else give their opinion? ## I have pink/light blue and peach-pink/purple capsules, and both say G232 G. Any idea what they are and what they're used for?

My female dog was just spayed yesterday and of course was given pain medicine. It was not identified on the package what medicine it was. It's a small peach oval pill with the letter P and numbers 25 on one side. ## I located a round brownish peach colored pill with P 25 on one side and blank on the other, that was identified as Diclofenac Sodium tablet 25mg, with a National Drug Code of 16571-0203. There's also round, orangish peach colored Dilaudid with P 2 on them (and a National Drug Code of 59011-0452), but I'm not aware of its use in veterinary medicine. However, with Diclofenac being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and Dilaudid being a narcotic pain reliever, I couldn't help but speculate on the chance of your pill being related somehow to one or the other. ...

It's a small round yellow pill about the size of an aspirin. Both sides are slightly beveled out (NOT FLAT) and only one side is scored in the middle. There are no other markings on the pill. The 10-month-old dog we adopted had a slight cough and we were given these pills from the rescue... ## Hello Brian, I am sorry to say but without an imprint there is really no way to tell you what kind of medication that you were given. The pill bottle/box that your medication came in is supposed to be labeled with the ingredients in case of an overdose, if this is not the case your rescue has made an error. Your only real option at this point is to contact the rescue to ask them what it is. As a side note, did the rescue or a vet mention that the puppy has kennel cough? ## I don’t know w...
