I have a small yellow tablet with raised heart on one side. It is approx. 1/4 in diameter. Any help would be appreciated. ## Supposed to be a muscle relax. Small white roundscored with 502 on one side ## This tablet contains 2mgs of Tizanidine, a generic for Zanaflex. This is, indeed, a muscle relaxant. I just received a pack of Alprazolam tablets from India. They are white (maybe a little yellowish) that have R, a line, then S on one side and on the other it looks like a J.
