how long does it take to work and can you take Advil with it ? ## Before I can answer this, I need to know if the APO and 500 are on the same side of the tablet or opposites? Also what country is it from? ## Do any other letters appear on the inscription or opposite side of the pill such as MET, CIP, GAB ?? If NOT ... I have searched around and so far the closest pill which I have found to resemble your description is: " Each yellow, capsule-shaped, biconvex tablet, scored and identified 'APO 500' on one side, contains naproxen 500 mg " [1] So my best guess at this point is that it is called Apo-naproxen from Canada, containing, of course, Naproxen 500 mg as stated above.
