It is a white pill close to a size of an aspirin. On one side is the number 5442. Ont he other side there is a line in the middle with D A N on top of the line and D A N on the bottom of the line. ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Prednisone, a generic for Deltasone. This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. I have an alleged 8mg hydromorphone tablet that has 54 on one side with 425 under that and scored on the other side. ## Indeed, what you have there is a relatively expensive 8mg instant release hydromorphone hydrochloride, made in US, forgive me but I have forgotten the maker. Not Abbott Dilaudid brand, which are sorta rounded triangular shape with Abbott logo obverse and large '8' reverse. As are the most excellent ones by Covidien, under their Mallinckrodt label, only difference being the logo, a capital M in a square. Have not tried your 54 425 pills but they are reputedly of highest quality.
