a big round white tablet with the number 44 on top and 532 written on the bottom. ## Sorry, I cannot find any information for this specific pill. I can, however, tell you that it is an over the counter product. Pills with an imprint starting with the number 44 are manufactured by LNK International, they only produce over the counter products. These are then sold by various stores as generics or store brands of OTC drugs such as Imodium or Tylenol. ## Verwon: How do you decode pill imprints to learn that 44 means LNK International? Is there a list of imprints somewhere? ## It is Guifenesin, over the counter expectorant sold as Mucinex

Can I take half of one as I have never taken a painkiller before....I had a tooth pulled ## Hi Jorden, I haven't found any medication by the name of "Nophen"... Did you mean to say "Norco"? Norco is available in dosages of 5/325 (hydrodocone + acetaminophen) for moderate to severe pain relief. And to answer your question. This type of pill is ok to break in half, since it's not time-released. I believe there's also a score line dividing the pill for such purposes if I'm not mistaken? Hope this helps!

Hello, I had surgery to get a tumor removed from the abdomen and when I got out of the hospital the doctor prescribed to me hydroco/acetaminop 5 325 mg for pain. At first it was 2 pills every 6 hours and then my second refill he changed the orders to 1 pill every 4 hours. My question is, is there a reason for that? ## Hello, Joeyboy! How are you? Yes, there is a reason, because once you've been healing for a bit, your pain shouldn't be as bad, so you shouldn't need as much of the narcotic. Plus it also helps prevent addiction and they'll be easier to stop at a lower dose. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help...

What does a RIMADYL tablet look like? After surgery, my dog was given a pill. I just found the bottle but cannot read the label. The white round pill has FD on one side, and either 532 or 552 on the other (pill is split). ## Hello, Maddies Mom! How are you? I'm sorry, but I have no listing for Rimadyl tablets. It is a medication developed specifically for canines, so it isn't listed in the prescription databases, since they only include medications for human use. Have you tried asking the prescribing vet? They should have records of what was prescribed. ## Hi Verwon~ Thank you, I did not realize that the data base did not include pet meds. Have a wonderful weekend.

Round red biconvex pill imprinted "schering" and also has an unreadable 3 digit number. ## Topic should read "unreadible 3 digit number" ...something like 552 or 532 ... shaped like an M & M. ## Unreadable 3 digit imprinted number ## Coricidin actually uses a C logo, then additional C's to designate the cough and cold preparations, an added + for others and etc. I haven't found any where they use Schering on them. Learn more OTC details here. Where did you find them? Is there a chance they are older tablets?

On the white round Percocet it has 10325 on it and on the backside RP. The RP is sideways on the back. Is this real or fake??? ## Hello, Lori! How are you? If you received it from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then there is no reason to worry. The way a pill is printed can vary, depending on how it fell into the pill press. However, if it was obtained via some other source, then it could be fake. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
