Phen Chrom

Does anyone know what the dosages are for phenchrom. I've been reading about it and want to try it but my doctor doesn't know the dosage amounts to prescribe. Can anyone help with this? ## Phen/Chrom contains Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate, the Chromium is added, because it is believed to help improve the use of insulin in the body, which can also aid with weight problems. Why can't I find any information on this? My Dr. wants me to take it for weight loss but I found that it isn't a prescription and it has to be made at a special pharmacy. I know phen-phen was a bad deal, is this different? ## It sounds like the regimen which you have been recommended is a dose of Phentermine coupled with Chromium Picolinate. The Chromium is an over the counter nutritional supplement which is supposed to help reduce cravings for fat & carbs - although I do not believe that extensive clinical trials have been conducted to prove its efficacy. My Dr put me on #30 c - Phen/Chrom Special Capsule. I also have Phentermine 37.5 . Which one of these works better for weight loss? And can I take both of them together? I was recently recommended to get on a daily program of Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate. I would basically have to take the Phentermine along with the Chromium one hour after breakfast, and then a second dose of the Chromium in the early afternoon. Hi everyone, my girl friend started taking these last week and started getting some headaches so she decided to stop. Has anyone else tried these and did they get any good results? I was told by my Dr. to take Claritin D (pseudoephedrine) and I already had been taking a nasal spray containing phenylephrine. I tested positive in a saliva test for ephedrine and methamphetamine. I have never taken methamphetamine in my life.
