Pharex Vitamin B Complex

Is it ok to take vitamin-b complex? I'm hoping it would ease my lower back, leg and nerve pain, but I also have recurrent pancreatitis. I'm now cautious with what I take since it might trigger a flare up. Please help. ## It is just a nutritional supplement, so there shouldn't be any problem, unless your doctor has told you not to take it. The NIH warns that it may cause nausea, as a side effect, due to its potency. Are you on any other medications?

Yes, this B vitamin complex is safe to take; but may or may not be 'necessary' to take if you are not deficient in these vitamins. It would probably be wise to get blood work done before taking multivitamins, so you know which ones you might be low on and which ones you have plenty of. I just want to know if these B vitamins are vegan, no animal products content? I'm actually allergic to pork and chicken meat, every time I take Pharex B Complex, my allergies are being triggered, it's so itchy. I'm taking 2 tablets a day.
