I pill id the u15 pill it says oxycodone & acetaminifin the scrip was for perk 7.5 pill id says it a 5 i called pharmacy n she said the u 15 is a new manufacturer n they are 7.5 n tht u 15 in capsule form is the 5 could the pharmacist hav made a mistake. She told me i can come look at a bottle there if i didnt believe ## U15 on capsule is Oxycodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg. You need to take the prescription back to the pharmacy. They may or may not do anything. You also might want to call ahead and find out when the Pharmacy Manager will be there and go then.

My daughter is telling ppl that i sent her out to a stranger and he gave her little round blue pills, first she said she didn't know what they were then said they were perks. now i have her dad trying to gain custody. i used to take prescribed perks giving by Dr due to compressed disk in back. and both my kids know what perks look like. Hi. I've been looking for a dr who will prescribe pain medicine in Queens ny. My dr left his practice and since then all dr's, approximately 10, don't prescribe. I have many ailments and have been on Fentinol along with perks for Breakthrough. Many other meds as well. All these dr's seem to want to do now is shots and physical therapy or acupuncture. Looking for a pain management doctor in the pittsburgh area. I m a combat veteran that has been in multiple IED explosions that messed up my back and neck and gives me constant headaches. Unfortunately the VA refuses to help me because I told them I had a problem with the vicodin and perks they gave me after two surgeries a few years ago, I took too many b/c they werent helping, but now i'm marked as an addict. I'm always in severe pain I get da yellow perks but it don't seem to help anymore wat r da blue perks n damgs ## I'm sorry, but I can't really tell you anything from just the colors, because the color doesn't mean anything and doesn't help identify the tablets. Regardless, Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of the Oxycodone, though the amount of Acetaminophen can vary.
