I changed pharmacies and now my Percocet's look different. I was getting a oval white pill with the A333 imprint and now I got a white round pill with 10 325 RP. I don't know what the differences are but I would like to know before I take them. ## It's just a different manufacturer. The ones you are getting now (RP 10/325) are better in my opinion. They are pressed hard (just like the old roxicets) and last longer. Let us know what you think! ## This tablet contains 10mgs Oxycodone, 325mgs Acetaminophen (NDC 42858-0104). Inactive Ingredients: - silicon dioxide - magnesium stearate - povidone k30 - crospovidone - corn starch - stearic acid - water Ref: DailyMed Is there anything else I can help with?

I had been taking the Watson's 10 325 round white pill also last month Cvs filled my script with this a333 pill and they not only don't help my back pain but makes need nauseous and dizzy! Wasted $140 because I refuse to use something that does more damage than good ## I take perocet 10/apap and wentto get mine filled and they gave me a different one to it has ip something on it and it does nothing for my pain why do we have to accept meds that do not work please help me to tell what to tell the pharmacy? ## I am very sorry that you've both had a problem, unfortunately, there is nothing your pharmacy can do. However, I would suggest that you both report the issue to the FDA by calling them at 888-463-6332. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit for...

I have taken Percocet many times before and just got this new generic yesterday feel strange and nauseated since took first one yesterday ! Can I contact activas the maker or walgreens to have switched or will I have to take this for whole month ? ## Hello, Gail! How are you? Unfortunately, neither the pharmacy nor the manufacturer is likely to do anything. The best thing to do would be to talk to your doctor about possibly trying a different medication and then report this issue to FDA by calling them at 888-463-6332. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks but talked to manufacture of these and your right no ...

I have seen a lot of negative post about this medicine but it has worked woonders for me with no side effects except for the normal bit of euphoria about 10 minutes after I take them. I have been pain free since I started. Sorry for the people who've had trouble with them. Different strokes for different folks I guess. ## Hello, Sally! Wow! I am very glad that you are working so well for you. You are actually the first person to post and not have a complaint. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Do you have any questions or concerns? ## Sally? How many are u scripted to take per day? ## I just started taking the A333 as well and it has worked for me as ...

I got my script at a different pharmacy and they look different - are they the same? I normally get oval A333. The new ones are oval also but have 4829 V. Is there a difference between the two? ## 4829 on one side and V on the other is Oxycodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg. These are manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. ## Yes they are the same. Percocets come in all different shapes and sizes,so do not worry about it! ## Please pleeeease, tell me which pharmacy to go to? I am looking for qualitest oxycodone 10mg + acetaminophen 325mg. Those and endocet are the only generics that work for me. I am in such pain and so frustrated. You can find me on {edited for privacy}

Anyone had stomach / intestinal effects from this particular form? I've been switched from Watson 932 10/325 because of drug store supply. ## Hi Michael, According to the Oxycodone Drug Details page, this medication can cause GI related side effects such as: diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, vomiting, urine retention, and loss of appetite. I don't know which of these symptoms you may be experiencing, but I believe they can be relatively common amongst other possible side effects. It could also be due to having a different set of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders/fillers). If you have a known allergy to things like corn starch (a gluten derivative) or propylene glycol (which is also used in motor oil for your car), then this might be worth looking into. I hav...

Hi, this is the first time I have been given the A333 oxycodone 10 -325. Normally I get the Watson 10 - 325 which has always been a decent generic brand. The Watsons 10 -325 are manufactured in the U.S.A. but I am not sure where the A333 are made or if they are equivalent to the Watsons. If you can answer my question it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael ## Hello, Michael! How are you? What country they are made in actually doesn't matter, if they are approved and available here in the U.S. they must meet the same quality and efficacy guidelines as the other generics and yes, these are equivalent. Is there anything else I can help with? ## hello my name is d, question are you a legal doctor and where do you get your medical resourses thanks for your time d. ## Hi again...

How can you tell if you have a bad percocet 10mg/325 pill? Anyway to test to make sure they are good? ## Hey Bob; thats a real good question. and the sad part is they come in all shapes and sizes based on the manufacturer and brand...overall the will be a long a oblong shape pill with the numbers clearly written on it. except in the case of watson where it says watson right on it... another way to determine a real one from the fake one is by the price. if you see a ridiculous price like $2 ($60 for 30) a pill chances are you getting a placebo...the average cost of 30 pills is anywhere from $500 to $700. anywhere in that price range you know that you are good. ## 500 to 700 bucks for 10/325 percocet? ## People are making fake a333 and others... watch out ## Yep, I know for a fact because...

Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness". The ovals are ok but not as good as watson...The peach or yellow pills are also less effective than the watsons. ## I just came across an article from this website,"Generics and Biosimilars" titled, "Actavis makes agreement for generic abuse-deterrent oxycodone", Posted 03/05/2013, that explains exactly why everyone is getting sick and feeling no pain relief. Please please please... complain to the FDA, to the company Actavis, which u can get on the internet and call Walgreens @800-walgreens...but tell walgreens not to send the info to ur local pharmacy.. cause they will...tell them u want ur complaint to go to t...

I get very little relief and have to take more...sometimes with NO effect at all. Can someone have these pills tested to see what is actually in them? I suffer from a severe back injury and often bedridden . ## I have the same problem wih my perocet the beige ones I got from the pharamacy last month was made from the same company and I had no relief it did nothing for my pain due o cancer backsurgeris bone ain from the cancer I do not like that brand how doI ask for the other brand I was getting please answer anyone. ## @Katie, I'm not entirely sure that patients can ask for a specific brand, mainly because the pharmacy only gives you whatev...

Wanting to know if these are these percocets ? ## Hello, Sboom! How are you? Yes, the tablet with the A 333 marking contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while the one with the 512 marking contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Pictures of the different types of Endocets or Percocets. ## Since there are generics on the market, as well as the name brands, there are far too many for me to possibly post images or details for all of them. However, some examples of the markings, with their descriptions in that dosage are: Oval, white, with marking IP206 Oval, white, with marking 108 And there are several others, as well, so this isn't a comprehensive list. Do either of these match the pills you are questioning? ## I have a pill I was told was percocet 10 its white oblong with A333 on one side and nothing on the other is this true??

pleased be advised,that this a333 form is not regulated my pain doctor tells me they are only about 85 to 87 percent narcotic per the food and drug administration can not regulate as if it was an name brand made in the us so if you find it strange why it worked thed first 4 hours and not the next well there is your answer. ## Hello, Meister! How are you? I think there are some basic misunderstandings going on here. It isn't that the FDA can't regulate them, because they aren't made in the U.S. that has nothing to do with it. All generics must meet the same quality control guidelines, regardless of where they are manufactured. However, the FDA permits generics to have an allowable fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredient, that difference is plus or minus 20% and it ...

absolutely not one shred of pain relief. This medication against all the scary stories about narcotics, I was desperate for pain relief, so I needed something, have been getting my scripts now for almost two years, with my periodic UA, which is all good. Because of the help of this medication, I have been able to return to school and not too farm from earning my Bachelors in clinical psychology with a focus mental healthcare, especially PTSD from childhood trauma and PTSD from our veterans from combat. I desire to really help others with ADHD/ADD, childhood abuse, addiction and recovery, there is a huge difference in taking medication which is regulated and not mis-used or abused, than taking for non-pain related reasons. I have been taking percocet 10/325 for horrible fibromyalgia pain and have had no issue with it's effectiveness. nI fact I believe it is the only thing that has kept me able to work.. I renewed the prescripion and continued it about a week ago only to find that it is now A333. I IMMEDIATELY had severe side effects nausea, dizziness, vomiting, feverish feeling, clumsiness, all the usual suspects. I could not work today because of this and have been told by my pharmacy, CVS, that traditional percocet is not covered by my health insurance and I would have to pay $ 1300.00 to renew the prescription. I believe that changing the formula of the medication without notifying patients is fraudulence and malpractice on part of the pharmaceutical company and will be pursuing this. ## Hello, Ell...

I found that the activis a333 has a laundry detergent taste,(the powdered kind),,and it crumbles very easy in my hand and in my mouth...regular Percocets or generic or vicoden are crunchy and are hard to snap if you bite them...I could understand them being soft, even though I never had a soft pill like that, but my question is why does it taste like laundry detergent ## How do you know what detergent tastes like?? Wtf did u eat laundry detergent hahaah ## Hello Maddixx, Different brands use different inactive ingredients, the ingredients that are there for purposes not directly related to the intended purpose of the pill. These ingredients affect the time release of the pills, it sounds like the percocets/vicodin/generics you have previously taken all have a hard shell which typically ...

I have generic Percocet it is oval and white. Blank on one side 9333 on the other side. ## Hello, Babygurl! How are you? I think the marking you're looking at may actually be A333. This tablet is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Found this pill in my sons room. A333 imprinted, white oval with a line in the middle. Please, I pray it's only an over the counter product... ## Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but R333 is the code CVS uses to identify their oxycodone generic. It's a very addictive opiate: I would advise taking it from him immediately and getting him something a little less harmful, like a bong. ## Pardon, I meant A333. R333 is the code for hydrocodone. ## Take em cuz they are definitely oxycodone. ## They are not percocet or hyddocodone talk to your phamacist its an impotent drug ## Hi Deb, I am currently taking this medication, for pain. I took an ibuprofen 800mg 3 hours ago and my pain didn't go away. Is it safe to take a percocet 10/325 (a333) with it? ## Hello, Ttrina! How are you? I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between Percocet and Ibuprofen, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. And this only applies if you're sure that you took Ibuprofen. Tylenol contains Acetaminophen and so does Percocet, so you can't combine them, because it could result in overdose toxicity. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Are you certain you took Ibuprofen? ## Took 800 mg ibuprofen 330 min ago, can I take Percoce...
