Trying to learn why Pentoxifylline is no longer available. the pill is oval, light lavendar, has the word MYLAN and the #357. Used to increase circulation ## I am not 100% certain, but it could be because the FDA has started a crackdown on the availability of medications that were never approved to begin with. They have had to force some companies to remove them from the market and stop manufacturing them, until such a time as they can be properly tested for safety.
