I have multiple horrendous back problems, to say the least. I used to be on fentanyl patches, somas, percs, and methadone before the patches. I live in a very rural area and the drs make it clear that they no longer prescribe narcotics period. That's so unfare. I despertly need pain relief. Plz help. ## Hello, Aimer! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain and having such a problem. There were new regulations put in place last year that restrict what PCPs can prescribe, so you will need to find a pain management specialist to continue such medications. Have you tried asking your current doctor to refer you to someone? And can you please post back with your general area of PA? I am originally from there and may know of some doctors you can try in your area. This is a ...

I get injections into my knee because it’s bone on bone. My primary dr stopped my Percocet 10/325mgr, abruptly , after knowing been on for more than 5 yrs. i’ve only seen this primary doctor for two months. He was aggravated at me because I canceled a pain management doctors appointment, wasn’t in my network of insurance. So that would mean I would pay 100% insurance. My pain is already getting worse I’m not having the drug. Someone please help me. Thank you ## Unfortunately, there is no listing of which doctor will prescribe any given medication. Have been seeing the same pain management Doctor for the last 20 years, but I am now moving to Pennsylvania. I have been spending time between the move trying to find a Doctor in Pennsylvania that will keep me on the same regimen I have been on for this long. It is futile! Does anyone have any idea if there is a doctor near Hazleton, Wilkes Barre, Scranton...that isn't absolutely afraid to treat a pain patient with methadone or other opiods? ## About 2 years ago I had a back fusion done with two boats in it and in about a month ago I got in a wreck. Someone had the red light and turned. Now one of the screws is fractured and I need my medication ASAP. I was taking roxy 30s and Xanax. I cannot find a pain clinic anywhere.

I was just wondering if anyone has been administered this yet in a medical setting? It is a recently FDA approved nasal solution of cocaine hydrochloride. Yes, you read that correctly, cocaine. According to the NDC it is also available (to properly licensed medical professionals) in 100% powder form. It's labeled/supplied by Genus Life Sciences based and researched out of Allentown, Pennsylvania. Being as the cocoa plant doesn't grow in such a climate I'm assuming that their "main ingredient" is coming from Bolivia and/or Colombia. Either that or it's being grown in greenhouses. ## Anyone seen or heard of this Goprelto being used as an anesthetic? Of what condition/procedure for which it would be used as an anesthetic? ## Is it being used as pain management medic...
