From what I can find, this tablet is listed as containing 150mgs of Ranitidine, which is used as an antacid to treat conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Learn more Ranitidine details here. And no, they don't get dangerous after they expire, but they do start to lose effectiveness, so they won't work as well as they did, when new and fully potent. Thus, it's really best to just dispose of them and purchase a new supply. Are there any other questions or concerns? ...
